- ATTENTION POTENTIAL CONTRACTORS: ALL GOVERNMENT COORDINATION REGARDING THE SYNOPSIS RELOCATE FEEDER UNDERGROUND, 3RD AVENUE, SHEPPARD AIR FORCE BASE (PROJECT VNVP 981012) HAVE BEEN ACCOMPLISHED. EFFECTIVE THIS DATE, ALL SYNOPSIS REQUIREMENTS STAND AS WRITTEN. SOLICITATION IS BEING ISSUED FOR FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Project to ?Relocate Feeder Underground, 3rd Avenue, Sheppard Air Force Base (Project VNVP 981012) will be issued in the near future. Work will consist of furnishing all necessary plant, labor and materials to relocate the electrical feeder on 3rd Avenue, Sheppard Air Force Base underground with concrete encased duct banks, manholes, pull boxes transformers and cable. Relocate EMCS lines and remove/dispose of existing poles. All work shall be in accordance with the statement of work and drawings. Magnitude of construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance period is 240 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Solicitation is being issued for FULL and OPEN competition. Applicable NAICS code for this project is 234920, with a size standard of $28.5 million dollars. ATTENTION CONTRACTORS: Funds are not currently available for this solicitation. Award of a contract as a result of this solicitation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment of this contract may be made. There shall be no legal liability on the part of the government for contract purposes until funds are made available to the contracting officer. The contracting officer will confirm availability of funds in writing to the contractor upon award of contract. Solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted through the electronic posting system (http://eps.gov/). Paper copies will not be provided. Contractors will be solely responsible for monitoring the Internet and obtaining the solicitation documents and any amendments. Interested offerors must ensure they are registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive award of a contract.
