Description

NA The due date for responding to this sole source notice is changed to 9 March 2003 and the following information is provided. Pulsewidth must be 60ps, bandwidth should be as near the quantum limit as possible. Required energy per pulse is no less than 100 mJ at 1064nm, no less than 57 mJ at 532nm, no less than 35 mJ at 355 nm, no less than 11 mJ at 266nm. Energy per pulse is the total energy for each pulse that exits the output port of the laser at the specified wavelength. The pulse repetition frequency m ust be 20 Hz. The spatial beam quality to be no worse than 85% Fit to Gaussian in any axis as demonstrated by Continuum Project #4090, using either WinCam or Beam Code Software.
