Description

This is Amendment No. 1 to the combined synopsis/solicitation for the commercial items acquisition prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice previously published in FedBizOpps on February 13, 2003. This Amendment clarifies three (3) issues. First, with respect to the Proposal Instructions, an original and two (2) copies, each copy with an original signature, should be submitted. Second, with respect to Criteria 2, Personnel Qualifications, for each proposed instructor, a resume tailored to the seminar that instructor will teach should be submitted. Third, with respect to Criteria 3, Course Outlines and a Current, Off-the-Shelf Participant Handbook, three (3) copies of the handbook for the one (1) seminar should be submitted, i.e., a total of nine (9) copies of the participant handbook in total should be included in the proposal package. THERE IS NO CHANGE TO THE CLOSING DATE. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-MAR-2003).
