- MODIFICATION 02 TO SYNOPSIS: TO CHANGE WHEN SOLICITATION PACKAGE WILL BE AVAILABLE AND TO CHANGE RESPONSE DATE FOR PROPOSALS. For technical questions contact Billy Ellis, 530-620-9401. This solicitation is for the replacement of three existing treated timber bridges with precast concrete bridges and cast-in-place concrete abutments. The goverment estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. There WAS a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting on October 23, 2002 at 11 am at the Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit (LTBMU) office (THERE WILL BE NO OTHER PRE-WORK MEETING). The solicitation package will be available approximately March 18, 2003. Response date is April 18,2003 at close of business (4:30 pm). NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-MAR-2003). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 07-MAR-2003.
