- Description
- Buckley Air Force Base, CO has a requirement for Employee Assistance Program. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, training, equipment, materials, supervision, training and other items as necessary in performance of Employee Assistance Program services for Buckley Air Force Base. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. This acquisition will be accomplished utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed price type contract. Basis of award will be on best value in accordance with FAR Part13. Request for Quote will be available on the Internet at http://www.eps.gov or by request. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet site: https://ccr.dlsc.dla.mil.) Request for Quote will be available on or about 03 March 2003. Request for Quote will close on or about 17 March 2003 (approximately 2 weeks following quote availability). When the solicitation is posted, it is imperative interested parties review this site frequently for any updates/amendments. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting form this solicitation. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. All responsible small sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard is 624910, 6.0 million dollars.
