NA THIS SOLICITATION IS FOR THE TWO STEP SEALED BID. STEP ONE submittals have been received and have been evaluated. As a result of the evaluation, the following contractors have met the minimum requirements identified in the solicitation under STEP TWO pro cedures: 1) Don Jon Marine Co., Inc. 2) Great Lake Dredge & Dock Company and 3) Bean Stuyvesant L.L.C. No other bids will be accepted for this project in accordance with the FAR 14.503-2. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-MAR-2003).
