Description

NA The 138th Fighter Wing is seeking proposals for the construction of a Aircraft Refueler Parking Ramp at the Oklahoma Air National Guard Base (OKANG) located at 4200 N. 93rd East Ave., Tulsa, OK 74115-1699. The proposed contract is unrestricted in accorda nce with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for the acquisition is 237990 and the small business size standard is $28.5 million dollars. The estimated magnitude of th is construction project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The acquisition is for construction of a Aircraft Refueler Truck Parking Ramp per project specifications and drawings provided by the Government. To be eligible for award, offerors must demo nstrate the technical capability to perform the work, have at least 5 years experience in commercial concrete work, and be licensed in the State of Oklahoma to perform such work. The contractor will work closely with the base civil engineer, and will be r equired to submit a progress schedule for approval. The performance period is 120 calendar days after the issuance of a notice to proceed. The solicitation, drawings and specifications will be available on or about March 11, 2003, with a tentative propos al closing date of April 10, 2003.
