Description

A-U. S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Services (NESDIS),intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the University of Massachusetts, Microwave Remote Sensing Laboratory, Amherst, MA to provide services in the development of a processing, display and storage system for the UNMAS IWRAP and SMFR remote-sensing equipment., which will also integrate the aircraft data and ancillary flight level data. Installation and testing of system on the NOAA P-3 aircraft. This is a notice of intent. No solicitation package exist. Award will be made using simplified acquistion procedures. Reference EK-3-75.
