Description

The Food and Drug Administration intends to award a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Claudia Schleigh. Ms. Schleigh shall provide 960 hours of Acquisition Support Services to close out a backlog of inactive contracts. Ms. Schleigh is uniquely qualified to eliminate the FDA?s backlog of inactive contracts because of her extensive experience in administrative closeout of cost reimbursement contracts and in the program areas which relate to this backlog. The period of performance for this Purchase Order is March 25, 2003 through September 22, 2003. An award will be made fifteen (15) days from the date of this notice. This is not a request for quotes; however, sources may submit descriptive literature which fully demonstrates their capabilities, which will be considered by the agency. This sole source procurement is being awarded as a simplified acquisition in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5.
