Description

This is a Sources Sought Inquiry. No RFP is available at this time. Contractors are requested to respond to this notice if they are can provide this product. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) requires a contractor to provide software systems designed to conduct technical telecommunications data collection, analysis, and investigations intercept. It shall have the capabilities to decode and process State of the Art difital CALEA compliant intercept data. The software shall be designed to run on an IBM compatible Personal Computer (PC), and in a network environment using any or a combination of the following operating systems: NOVELL, WINDOWS XP, WINDOWS NT,WINDOWS 98, WINDOWS 95, and any upgrades to the WINDOWS operating system. The contractor shall provide Hotline technical support services in response to telephone inquiries concerning the software furnished. The contractor shall have the capabilities to provide DEA with training on the use of the software provided.
