Description

NA SOLICITATION NOTICE The 120th Fighter Wing, Montana Air National Guard, 2800 Airport Avenue B, Great Falls, Montana, requires a Family Readiness and Support Services Manager. Contract requirements include, but are not limited to, the development and implem entation of a wing family readiness and support program. Includes providing consultation and assistance to the Wing Community Relations Officer and Unit Leadership in identifying and addressing family issues and demographic trends which impact mission rea diness and retention. Period of contract after award will be one base year with one option year. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561110 and the small business size standard is $6 million annual gross income. All firms o r businesses responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. All responsive and responsible small business offerors within the competitive range will be considered by the agency. The Government will awa rd a contract resulting from the solicitation of a responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. In accordance with FAR 15.304, the relative importance of all other factors: Oral Presentation, Personnel Qualifications, and Past/Present Performance data, when combined, are significantly more important than cost or price. The Government will award a contract to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award the contract to other than the lowest price offered. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The bid documents will be available electronically using the electronic bid solicitation system (EBS) on or about 25 March 2003.
