- NA SOURCES SOUGHT Headquarters, Joint Munitions Command (JMC) is conducting a market survey ? Sources Sought to identify qualified certified 8A firms with experience and capability of working in recruitment of college students to act as 10 week interns on a specific project , detailed by JMC. Contractor responsibility would be to: Screen and rank students that conform to the Executive Orders 12876 (Historically Black Colleges and Universities), 12900 Educational Excellence for Hispanic Americans), 13021 (Tribal Colleges and Universities) and select student for each individual tasks. Ensure that each student selected meets the qualifications of the Government. Provide roundtrip transportation for students from residence to project site. Provide safe housing. Provide daily r oundtrip transportation for students from housing to project site. Ensure that the students receive a stipend based on their years of college. Manage and perform all administrative functions associated with the educational training projects as well as oth er logistical or liaison activities. Provide all required technical direction with regard to the performance of each individual project. Work locations may include, but not be limited to Anniston Army Depot, Anniston AL; Crane Army Ammunition Plant, Cra ne, IN; Holston Army Ammunition Plant, Kingsport, TN; McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, CA, Radford Army Ammunition Plant, Radford, VA, Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, TX; Tooele Army Depot, Utah; Blue Brass Army Depot, Kentucky; and HQ, JMC, Ro ck Island, IL. Interested parties should respond within 30 calendar days of this market survey by transmitting 2 hard copy of the information relevant to their past performance and qualifications to perform this type service. information on your 8A certi fication should also be included. All information obtained from this request shall be made available for competitive bidding purposes, should the need arise.
