Description: The General Services is seeking to lease approximately 1600 usable square feet of office and related use space and 2 inside and 5 outside secure parking spaces in Mobile, AL. Space must be located within the boundaries of Water Street on the East, Beauregard Street on the North, Broad Street on the West, and Canal Street on the South. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space is required within 90 days of award. Lease term will be for 10 years, with the Government having termination privileges after 5 years.
