Description

The U.S. Government currently occupies 5,884 rentable square feet of office space at the Trademark Business Center, 220 Great Circle Road, Nashville, TN., under a soon to be expiring lease. The General Services Administration plans to negotiate a succeeding lease at this location based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors are supported, including relocation and upfitting costs. All services, supplies, utilities and required tenant alterations are to be included as part of the rental consideration.
