Description

The Purpose of this Purchase Order is to procure services of a Construction Management Consultant. The Consultant shall provide engineering, space management and technical services to facilitate USAID?s space build-outs, construction design projects and electrical systems maintenance. USAID signed an Occupancy Agreement with the General Services Administration in FY 2001 for occupancy of approximately 630,000 ft. in the Ronald Reagan Building (RRB) at 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, D.C. Subsequent staffing changes and reorganization have precipitated a need for redesign of the original space plans. This Construction Management Consultant will work with contracted and in-house space planning personnel and with building managers to affect ?re-blocking? of office and employee work areas in the RRB.
