Description: THIS MODIFICATION IS EXTENDING THE BID DATE TO APRIL 7, 2003. Contract consisting of base year and two option years. The contractor shall grow and supply containerized seedlings from government furnished seeds in accordance with the terms, specifications, conditions and provisions of the contract. When solicitation is issued it will be posted to fedbizops and be available for vendor to download.
