Description

NA GSA MULTIPLE AWARD SCHEDULE HOLDERS. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The Northern Region Contracting Center (NRCC) is seeking information on sources that can provide support for the Enhanced Skills Training Program (ESTP) II for the US Army C adet Command. This program uses Destinations v 2.0 (Pearson Education Technologies) computer based assessment, auto-diagnosis, and instruction and remediation through the internet. The contractor will provide a turn-key operation to include web hosting, web site and/or interface development, technical assistance, training, automated student progress tracking and reporting, monthly reporting of student access and progress, and a computer based testing and training program. Support services will include: 1) providing student licenses for Destinations software; 2) a staffed educational help desk, and 3) a staffed technical help desk. Personnel manning educational help desk will have a minimum of two years experience with Destinations software. Technical help desk personnel will have a minimum of one year experience with Destinations software. Your response shall include the following information: GSA contract number, relevant past performance information on the same/similar work dating back not more tha n three years, and your company?s capability to do this type of work. Documentation of personnel qualifications, to include meeting the requirements for use of Destinations software, must be provided in sufficient detail for the Government to determine th at your company possesses the necessary expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition.
