DABK05-03-T-0037!! 10. 032503!! 11. Donna Manson, Contract Specialist!! 12. N/A!! 13. N/A!! 14. N/A!! 15. N/A!! 16. N/A!! 17. Fabricate rail car spanners (approx 156 ea). Aluminum ramps 24 in wide x 72 in long (as per drawing to be provided upon e-mail request to mansond@bliss.army.mil). Rate of delivery to be 26 per week, beginning 2 weeks after award, or one complete delive y NLT 4 weeks after award. Load capacity must be 10,000 lbs. All welds must be 2 1/2 in skip welds. A competitive range from all offers received will be established in consideration of price and best value, i.e., delivery. Those selected for the competiti ve range will be notified and required to provide a prototype/sample to be delivered FOB, Fort Bliss, TX, Bldg 11055, NLT 15 Apr 03. Failure to provide a prototype/sample will be grounds for disqualification. Those offerors that provided an acceptable sa mple/prototype under solicitation number DABK05-03-R-0009 will not be required to submit an additional prototype/sample. No compensation will be provided to unsuccessful offerors for prototype/samples. Those offerors desiring to have their prototype/sampl e returned, will be required to provide return shipping cost!!
