NA This procurement is a HUBZone SET ASIDE AND IS RESTRICTED TO CERTIFED HUBZone SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS WITHIN A 100 MILE RADIUS OF THE 165TH AIRLIFT WING, SAVANNAH, GA.. Using BEST VALUE selection process where all evaluation factors other than cost or pric e, when combined, are approximately equal to cost or price. The evaluation criteria can be found in the solicitation package. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract for Repair Stucco, Bldg. 262 at the 165th AW, Savannah, GA. The North American Industr y Classification (NAICS) for this acquisition is 237990. The work to be done under this contract consists of The Contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, equipment, labor, tools, and incidental items required for the proper and complete construc tion of this project, in accordance with the construction documents. Prior to commencing construction operations, the Contractor, by careful examination, shall ascertain the nature and location of the work to be performed, and shall review the existing loc al conditions. The Contractor shall verify all Measurements and requirements. The Contractor shall be responsible for disposal of all materials removed and clean-up. The Contractor shall provide waste data on tonnage of disposed mateials from an inventor y of each trip to the dumpsite. At the end of the project, the Contractor shall provide a statement on the Contractor's letterhead of total disposed of waste tonnage. All left over material will be turned in to the Base Civel Engineer. Performance time is 90 calendar days. Estimated cost of this project is $25,000 to $100,000. The solicitation, plans and speifications will be ready for issue on/or about 12 Mar 2003. Pre-bid conference/walk through will be held on 03 April 2003,10:00 AM(EST) at 165th/CRTC CES Bldg. 907, Garden City, Georgia. This will be the only opportunity to view the job site prior to submission of bids. BIDS ARE DUE 28 April 2003, 04:00 P.M.(EST).
