NA NSN: 6695-01-353-5057, P/N: 2-141-050-08, PRON: AX3T6076AX, NOUN: Torquemeter, Shaft, Quantity: 100 each Plus 2 years option 100 each per year total quantity is 300 each applicable to T-55 Turbine Engine. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX 7550 7-5000. This item requires First Article Testing (FAT). Required delivery with First Article Testing is 100 each 300 days after contract award. First Article test time is 3 days. Units to be tested 1 each. Begin testing 170 days after contract award. First Article Testing ends 173 days after contract award. First Article Test Report due 188 days after contract award. Delivery without First Article Testing is 200 days. The approved source is Honeywell International (Cage Code 99193). This part req uires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part fr om the approved source(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
