Description

NA Work to be performed shall consist of furnishing all materials, equipment, supplies, labor and transportation, including fuel, power and water (except any materials, utilities or services specified herein to be furnished by the Government) and perform all work in strict accordance with the terms and conditions outline in Pine Bluff Arsenal?s Specification AMSSB-OPB-PWE-PR 02-03, dated 23 July 2002 with drawings. The work covered by these specifications will include, but not limited to: Replacement of Wood Treated Poles & Crossarm, Removal of exiting Transformers, Street Lights, Regulators, Conductors (various sizes), Surge Arresters and hardware, etc. Each major component shall have the manufacturer?s name, Mdl No.,etc on a nameplate securely attached to the equipment. All installed material, parts and equipment shall be new standard products. F.O.B. Destination ? Pine Bluff Arsenal, Arkansas 71602-9500, to be issued o/a 04/01/03, closing date 05/02/03. This acquisition is being issued under the Small B usiness Competitiveness Demonstration Program, NAICS CODE 237920 and the contract awarded as a result of this Solicitation DAAD21-03-R-0011 will be a firm fixed price contract.
