Description

NA USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires the service to collect measurement and verification (M&V) data and update Fort Hood energy baseline contained in 'Baseline Report for Fort Hood Army Base: Sept 1, 2001 to Aug 31, 2001' auth ored by Texas A&M University Energy Systems Laboratory. The period of service will be no later than 31 December 2003. This proposed procurement is advertised for full and open competition, and will result in a firm fixed-price purchase order under Simpli fied Acquisition procedures. Request for DACA42-03-T-0074 will be issued on or about 27 March 2003 with a closing date of 11 April 2003. Requests for copies of the solicitation shall be made in writing addressed to: Vburg Consolidated Contracting, Champa ign Field Office, Attn: Diane Biggs, PO Box 9005, Champaign IL 61826-9005.
