Description

NA Project Title and Location: Guadalupe River Project, Construction Contract, 3A Phase 2, (Coleman Avenue to Upper Bridge No. 4), San Jose, California. This Proposed Contract is Unrestricted. Job Description: Construction of flood control and environment al restoration features along the Guadalupe River between Coleman Avenue and Upper Bridge No. 4 (CE-line Station 20+00) in San Jose, California. NAICS Code: This procurement will be conducted under NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this NAICS Co de is $28,500,000. Large Business competing for this project must comply with the FAR 52.219-9 clause regarding the requirement for a subcontracting plan on the part of the work it intends to subcontract. The recommended goals for subcontracting are 57.2 % for small business 8.9% for small disadvantage businesses, 8.1% for Women-Owned Small Business, 3.0% for HUBZone Small Business, and 3.0% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. A firm that submits a plan with lesser goals must submit written rationale to support goals submitted. Estimated cost is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000.
