Description

The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov Website on or about March 28, 2003. TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The project is located at Cape Cod National Seashore, South District Maintenance Area, 204 Marconi Maintenance Road, Wellfleet, MA. The project is to provide and construct a 60' x 81' Pre-Engineered factory and field-fabricated timber Column Structure. The work includes, but is not limited to: Installing underground utility service, site work, paving and concrete. The NAICS code is 236118. The solicitation is open to firms of all sizes. A single award will be made. Contract to be awarded to the low, responsive, responsible bidder. The construction estimate is between $100,000 and $250,000. Instructions are contained on the website for downloading solicitation and attachments. It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to acknowledge ALL amendments to the solicitation.
