- Description
- The U.S. Government currently occupies 1,795 usf of space in the Better Business Bureau Building, 1460 Newtown Pike, Lexington, KY under a soon to expire lease. The General Services Administration plans to negotiate a succeeding lease based on economic, missiom, and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors are supportive including all relocation and upfitting costs. Site offered must be within one half mile on the Interstate north of New Circle Road, Lexington, KY. All services, supplies, and utilities are to be included as part of the rental consideration.
