- Description
- Contractor is to furnish two cortina medium temperature refrigerated carts with exterior made of oak or maple wood construction on 30-inch wood and metal wheels and 4-inch swivel front casters. This acquisition will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price contract. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about 18 March 2003 as an unrestricted acquisition. Only written requests will be honored (facsimile or e-mail acceptable) and MUST contain the following information: RFP number, requestor's name and address, telephone number, e-mail address, business size, facsimile number, DUNS number, and CAGE code. The facsimile number for submission of request is (804) 734-8886, e-mail address: lynn.holder@deca.mil. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Further information about registration may be found on the Internet at www.ccr.gov. This RFQ will be posted on the FedBizOpps (www.fedbizops.gov). All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by the above stated agency.
