Description

The project consists essentially of, but is not limited to, the conversion of 8 family housing units to natural gas. Work includes, but is not limited to replacement of the forced air furnace and domestic hot water heater in each unit. This solicitation will be a request for quote and will be issued on an unrestricted basis. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). NAICS for this solicitation is 238220 and the small business size standard is $12M annual gross income. All responsive offers will be considered by the agency. The project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. The entire solicitation, including the specifications and drawings, will be made available only on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) Web Site at http://www.eps.gov. The solicitation may be accessed by following the links on the EPS website to: USAF Offices, Air Mobility Command, 436 CONS. Paper copies will not be available. Quotes may be submitted by facsimile. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote on this solicitation must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code). Telephone and fax requests will not be honored.
