- The Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate with Jeff Murray’s Programming Shop, Inc. 229 N. Genois Street, New Orleans, La 70119 to modify contract 231-02-0001 to add essential features to the RWCAREWare applications. Jeff Murray’s Programming Shop is deemed the only responsible source capable to complete the required work and services under the authority in 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1), as set forth in FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), “Only one responsible source.” This is not a solicitation but an announcement of the Government’s intent. Responses to this announcement must be received within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice. Reference: HRSA 2310HAB-005 (03) HA. See note 22.
