Description
The National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) is planning to extend the ongoing contract N01-HD-8-3292, PPRU Data Coordinating Center, with Kunitz and Associates, Inc., (KAI) Rockville, Maryland for another 12 months. The incumbent contractor, KAI has been performing the following tasks for almost five years. KAI has been 1) developing and maintaining an information system for tracking the acquisition, start-up, progress, completion reports, summaries and labeling status of all drugs involved in Network protocols; 2) developing quarterly, annually, and customized reports; 3) preparing and maintaining of operating documents, policies and procedures; 4) archiving of data, developing and maintaining of clinical management system, developing of standardized Case Report Forms (CRFs); 5) preparation of IND applications and submission of required FDA reports; 6) developing and maintaining of computerized system for electronic submission of data. Any organization capable of performing these tasks without a costly and significant break in work should submit a statement of capabilities with documentation supporting its ability to meet the Government's requirements as described above. After a 12 month period, a new competitive acquisition will be sought for the same requirements. Capability statements should be submitted (Five copies plus an original) within 45 days of the publication of this synopsis to: Mya N.
