- U- Provide Nursing Leadership Training for VISN 9 consisting of medical centers in Huntington WV, Lexington, Louisville, KY; Memphis, Mountain Home, Nashville and Murfreesboro, TN. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 the VA intends to negotiate a sole source contract. Written requests will not be accepted. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal which may be considered.
