Description

NA This purpose of this amendment is to change the current procurement method from 100% Small Business Competitive set-aside to a Sole Source Acquisition with Shoreside Petroleum. The Government intends to acquire this using commercial service using FAR Part 12 and intends to place the purchase order pursuant to Far Part 13.106-1(b)(2), which allows a contracting officers to solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonab ly available. A determination by the government to not compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determin ing whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Request for Written Quotation will not be issued. All responses to this notice must be emailed to monique.pelletier@richardson.army.mil.
