Description

NA The U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, AZ intends to negotiate a sole source contract with GeoViz.com, 6528 Greenleaf Avenue, Suite 200, Whittier, CA 90601 on an other than full and open competition basis. This contract will be for purchasing t he following two software upgrades: 1 Each GVXD Server 1.0 (GeoViz Geospatial Collaboration System Web centric correlated CTDB/OFLT Terrain) and 1 each GVXC Server 2.0 (GeoViz Dynamic Client/Server API/XML for ILH Web Centric Geospatial Collaborative Envi ronment. GeoViz retains proprietary rights for these commercial of the shelf upgrades that will allow the Government the capability of an updated web-based distribution and geospatial collaboration system. Interested parties may submit technical literatu re showing their capability of meeting the Government's requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solel y within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. See Note 22, with the exception that the time period for receipt of proposals for consideration is 10 days instead of 45 days.
