Description: NA The following changes are hereby made to the synopsis published on February 4, 2003: (1) The solicitation and CD-ROM are anticipated to be issued on or about 27 March 2003 and proposals will be due on or about 12 May 2003. (2) A pre-proposal conference wi ll be conducted at Fort Bliss on or about 10 April 2003. The exact date, time, and location will be specified in the solicitation. (3) Written questions for the pre-proposal conference must be furnished to the Contract Specialist no later than 1:00 PM Mo untain Time on 4 April 2003.
