- Description
- The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Trammel and Crowe to supplement porter services presently on site. The required services are on-call services and the contractor needs to be on site to respond to requests which are often made on extremely short notice, i.e. fifteen minutes. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all material which is received.
