Description

Modification 02 - Sources Sought Notice; (This is not a Request for Proposal-No Solicitation Documents, Specifications or Plans available.) The National Institutes of Health, Construction Contracts Branch (CCB) is soliciting letter of interest with capability statements from qualified small business firms with demonstrated successful project experience in complex research laboratory facilities to provide Construction Quality Management (CQM) Support Services for management oversight during planning, scheduling, estimating, design, construction, commissioning, activation, occupancy and closeout of an Integrated Research Laboratory located at Fort Detrick in Fredrick, Maryland. The new proposed facility will be approximately 100,000 gross square feet with an estimated construction cost of $70 million dollars and will be comprised of laboratories designed and constructed to Biosafety Level (BSL)2, 3 and 4. Respondents must include references for at least two (2) completed projects within the last five (5) years of similar work at a construction dollar value of $50 million or greater adjusted for inflation to the Contracting Officer by March 25, 2003.
