- This is a synopsis for commercial services in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued upon request. This is request for quotation (RFQ) number DTCG27-03-Q-3P6803. This solicitation document will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 9715. This is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990 and the size standard is 6.0 million. The U.S. Coast Guard intends to procure all services and materials necessary to provide all lifeguard services, which include (management, supervision, and labor for the day-to-day operation of the pool and maintenance of pool) located at ISC Portsmouth, 4000 Coast Guard Blvd. Portsmouth, Va. 23703.
