- Description
- The Defense Enterprise Computing Center(DECC)- Mechanicsburg has a requirement to upgrade the Teloquent Phone System utilized by the Help Desk at DECC Mechanicsburg. The DECC Mechanicsburg provides centralized information system processing services to a diverse and geographically dispersed customer based drawn from Department of Defense Agencies, including the Joint Commands; all Military Departments; and, other governemnt agencies which may obtain services on a reimbursable funding basis. This requiement will be awarded as sole source to Verizon Federal Systems, 2580 General Armistead Ave, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. Oral communications are not acceptable. Email is davisn@scott.disa.mil. No faxes will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of quotations/proposals received in response to this notice since this synopsis can not be considered a Request for Quotation/Proposal. The resultant contract will be firm-fixed price. All responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the determination to issue a sole source purchase order.
