I/A/W Drawing Nr 16236 CN-01-138-8184, RefNo Dtd 03 Feb 21, Amend Nr Dtd, Type Number: REI-03-02432, "Change Notice To A Basic Document/Engineering Change Proposal/Engineering Order." I/A/W Drawing Nr 80020 518309, Basic Dtd 89 Mar 11, Amend Nr AA Dtd 03 Feb 05, Type Number: P/N 518309-14 "Detailed Drawing (One Item)". Quantity (including option quantity) of 6116 each to be delivered to DDSP New Cumberland Facility, New Cumberland, PA and XU Def Dist Depot San Joaquin, Stockton, CA within 360 days after date of contract. First Article Test also applies. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/ on its issue date of 02 April 2003. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available at http://dbi.dscc.dla.mil on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitaiton.
