- This information is for solicitation SP0100-03-R-0068. The item is Coat, Man's, Poly/Wool Serge, Coast Guard Blue Shade 3362. The applicable NSN for this procurement is 8405-01-113-2560 (s). The purchase quantity is MIN 5460/ MAX 6552 each with two (2) additional options. The delivery quantity is spread over three (3) delivery increments. The first delivery is due 120 days after the date of award. The destination is DDSP New Cumberland Facility, Building Mission Door 113-134, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. The solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside that will result in a firm fixed price contract. This is a Best Value acquisition with Source Selection Procedures. The following factors will be utilized in descending order of importance: Production Demonstration Model (PDM) and Experience/Past Performance. All materials used in the fabrication of the end item are to be furnished by the contractor with exception of the basic fabric (Cloth, Poly/Wool Serge, Coast Guard Blue Shade 3362), which will be provided as GFM. The cloth is 60 inches wide and weighs 11.3 ounces. The storage facility for the cloth is Burlington Industries Distribution Center located in Hurt, VA. Reference Numbered Notes 1, 9, and 26. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
