- LTC03043008678, NSN 5120-00-708-3799, Fixture Assembly. An unrestricted technical data package is available at DSCR for this NSN. To obtain a copy submit request to DSCR Via Internet address http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. This is a 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base year and four option years. FOB destination, Inspection/Acceptance Orgin. Requested delivery is 70 DARO for the first shipment and 30 DARO for subsequent shipments. Solicitation will be available for issue on or about 01 April, 2003 and close on or about 01 May, 2003. The final contract award decision my be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
