- Description
- Combined solicitation/synopsis is amended as follows: Contractor will be required to obtain certified weight tickets for one load out of every 10 loads. Certified weight tickets will be obtained from the closest commercial source and the cost will be borne by the contractor. Offerors will provide a separate per ton price for the two sites, Old McCloud Road and Toad Lake Road. The estimated tonnage for each site is Old McCloud Road - 7,750 tons; Toad Lake Road - 2,250 tons. The Government reserves the right to award one or both sites based on availability of funds and prices quoted. Government may award the two sites to two different contractors if it is in the Government's best interest.
