- Sources sought for Native American Firms for the following services: Subsurface exploration including mobilization, soil drilling services, ground water monitoring, laboratory testing and soils engineering reports for water supply, water storage, wastewater treatment facilities, solid waste sites and building construction in the Aberdeen Area. The investigations are to be performed by a qualified soils investigation firm with in-house soils testing field equipment and personnel, in-house soils testing laboratory with equipment and personnel and in-house registered profession engineers.
