- Description
- The Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS)/Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration(SAMSHA) through the Program Support Center (PSC)/Division of Acquisition Management (DAM) has a requirement to continue the administration of the Clinical Training Grant Programs? Recipients of Obligated Federal Financial Support (Monitoring Clinical Trainees? Payback Obligation). The contractor shall perform mailing functions, such as carrying out technical reviews and related functions of the appointment and monitoring documents, including Annual Clinical Training Payback Activities Certification (APAC) forms; utilize and develop form letters, correspondence, and tracking controls; perform duplication functions; organize and establish individual file folders; perform data entry and reporting function and develop and provide special and periodic progress reports to the Government Project Officer. The Government anticipates a labor-hour purchase order award utilizing FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The anticipated period of performance is eighteen months after purchase order award. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(1), the solicitation will be made available electronically on or about 15 days from the date of this publication. The internet address for downloading the solicitation is http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any notification of changes to the solicitation (amendments) will be posted on the internet. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the site to assure that they have the most up to date information regarding this acquisition. The anticipated release date for the solicitation is February 14, 2003.
