- Description
- Furnish all personnel, equipment, materials, hardware, and software to establish and demonstrate reliable, cost-effective procedures to measure ground movement using Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (InSAR) and to develop technology to fit the needs of the FHWA. Work includes, but is not limited to, literature review and investigation, development of the project plan and implementation of the technology, InSAR and Digital Elevation Map (DEM) data acquisition, and preparation and presentation of the final work product. The contractor will be required to provide aircraft and coordinate all access to satellites to collect the specific InSAR and DEM information and provide image processing software to merge and analyze the collected data sets. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Proposals are due no later than 2:30 PM April 29, 2003. All questions regarding the solicitation must be in writing and directed to Ms. Mooney. Mail proposals to the Contracting Office address shown in the Request For Proposal, Block 7, Standard Form 33.
