- Description
- The Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center has a requirement for dental laboratory services. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, general dental lab tools, equipment and supervision to fabricate dental prosthetic items, to include, but not limited to, crowns, bridges, partials and complete dentures. VAMC Dental Service will provide teeth. Contractor=92s laboratory must be certified by the National Association of Dental Laboratories. NAICS code is 621999.=20 Size standard is $8.5M. The procurement will be conducted utilizing the simplified acquisitions procedures of FAR Part 13 in conjunction with commercial items procedures of FAR 12. Contract period will be date of award through September 30, 2003 with four (4) one-year options to extend. Solicitation documents will be available electronically on or about March 20, 2003 at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov. Offers are due on or before April 3, 2003.
