Description

DESCRIPTION: Installation and one-year maintenance of residential intrusion alarm systems for twelve (12) military family houses at Dyess AFB, Texas. The system is to include main control panel, two keypads, magnetic switches, glass break sensors, ultrasonic motion detector, and infrared photoelectric detector. SOLICITATION: The solicitation will be issued electronically on 13 March 2003 via the Federal Business Opportunities webpage at http://www.eps.gov. The SIC code that applies to the principal nature of the acquisition is 7382. The North American Industry Classification Code is 561621. The small business size standard for this procurement is $9.0 million. THIS IS 100% SETASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held on Thursday, March 20, 2003 at 1:00PM. Individual copes of the floor plan drawings for each building in this project will be provided to those attending the site visit or by request. Interested parties should contact Ms. Valerie Hresko at (915) 696-1457 to attend the site visit. Any prospective small business contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award.
