- This is a modification to a previous notice. The following information is provided as clarification: The Advanced GPS Inertial Navigation Demonstration (AGINT) and Miniature Integrated Navigation Technology (MINT) programs are referenced in Section 1 of the MIND PRDA. There are no published reports available for these programs. A conference paper (AIAA 99-4481) on the AGINT program was presented at the 1999 AIAA Space Technology Conference and Exposition held on 28-30 September 1999 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. However, detailed knowledge of the AGINT and MINT programs is not a prerequisite for the MIND program. The MIND PRDA does not require any specific technology concepts which are exclusive to the AGINT or MINT contractors. The AGINT and MINT programs are not listed in any MIND requirement nor are they included in the evaluation criteria. The MIND PRDA states that the goal of the MIND program is to develop a navigator with nearly an order of magnitude smaller size requirement, which is a significant difference. Also, the evaluation criteria includes the assessment of unique and innovative concepts which significantly advance the state-of-the-art.
