Applicable to: F100. Destination: Tinker Air Force Base Ok 73145-3032. Governments Required Delivery: 31 May 2003 364 each, 30 Jun 03 364 each, 31 Jul 03 364 each, 31 Aug 03 364 each, 30 Sep 03 368 each. The approximate response date will be 30 Apr 03. Complete data to manufacture this part is NOT AVAILABLE! Additionally, this part requires manufacturing and processing acceptance data that is separate from the blueprint and is NOT OWNED BY THE U.S. GOVERNMENT. This item is a critical component whose reliability depends on strick quality assurance control. Failure of this item will cause engine damage and possible aircraft loss. This item can be purchased from Pratt & Whitney to insure part integrity. Airfoil and MCL manual are not available and are not economically obtainable. The U.S. Government plans to award any resultant contract to United Technologies, Pratt and Whitney, East Hartford CT CAGE 52661. However, subcontracting opportunities may be available through Pratt & Whitney, East Hartford. Companies interested in sub-contracting opportunities contact Pratt & Whitney directly as no information is available through the U.S. Government. No telephone requests or fax request will be accepted. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns dealing with this requirement. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the Program Director or the Contracting Officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel.
