Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to accomplish the following work: Construct 2200 sf climate controlled storage area addition to North side of Bldg 624, construct one (1) overhead steel coiling door at the supply room and complete all site work necessary. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on or about 7 April 03. NOTE: The RFP issuance date is an estimate, not actual, and the actual date can be before or after the stated date. RFP will close on or about 7 May 03. Performance period is 210 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. This acquisition is Unrestricted IAW the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The RFP is available by electronic transmission only. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet site: http://www.ccr.dlsc.dla.mil). All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Award of this contract will be make utilizing the Price-Performance Trade-Off (PPT) technique, where past performance and price with be evaluated to make award. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS code is 236220 size standard is $28.5 million.
