- NA This requirement will consist of firm fixed price line items and requirement line items utilizing time and materials line items. A base year and four (4) option periods is contemplated The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, and supplie s necessary to inspect, maintain, and repair overhead cranes and hoists. Cranes/Hoists are from 2 to 7 ? tons. Description of cranes/hoists are as follows: Electrolift hoist, Yale Hoist, Gaffey Cranes, Chester Hoist chain, Duff Norton Hoist, Wright Hois t, Royce Crane, Shaw Box, Shepard Niles Hoist, Robbins & Myers Crane/Hoist, Whiting Crane, Kone Hoist, and Desaza Crane. Inspection of cranes/hoists will consist of inspection all components and parts, furnish lubricants, inspect brakes, check switches, c heck fluid levels, check hydraulic system, seams, etc. Also, contractor shall perform load test. Contractor shall have experience in this type work and be a certified contractor capable of performing such services. The period of performance will be a ba se period and four (4) option periods of one year each. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, NAICS 811310 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $6 million.
